Individual therapy is all about having that one-on-one time where you can talk openly about your joys, and your struggles in a space that is safe, supportive and nonjudgmental. Together we can gain a deeper understanding into hardships, identify steps and solutions, and develop personal goals that ring true to your personal values. You are my focus. I am here to support you and your true passions and desires, so that you can live the life that you most want for yourself.
It is so easy to think of couple’s therapy as something you do only when there are problems. In fact, many couples often wait until they are in despair to seek therapy and address their issues. Therapy is such a healthy option for all couples to proactively approach their relationship. Couple’s therapy provides a safe space to be both encouraged and challenged, to evaluate your strengths and commitment, deepen your relationship, and set yourselves up for a healthier future together.
Family therapy brings parents/caregivers, siblings, and extended family members into the treatment process. Whether there is a crisis, your family is newly combined, or you just feel like things are changing, this can create challenging issues and disconnect between family members. We can create new ways of relating, communicating, and functioning to gain a deeper understanding, and together create new and healthy patterns that serve your unique family.
