Aloha, I’m Koalani. I work with adults who are used to holding everything together—the ones who show up for everyone else, keep pushing through, and rarely make space for themselves. But underneath it all, you may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or wonder why things feel so hard.
I know how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. That’s why I believe healing doesn’t come from trying harder or doing more. It comes from slowing down, making space for what you’re carrying, and learning to respond to yourself with the same kindness you so freely offer everyone else.

My fee for service is $200 per 50-minute session.
I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards.

My practice is 100% virtual, serving residents throughout the State of California. This allows for more flexibility and accessibility—no commute, just connection! You can show up exactly as you are; infants, breastfeeding, and bottle-feeding are always welcome in our virtual space.

I am an out-of-network mental health provider.
I am happy to provide a superbill each month that you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement (often 50-80%). Please check with your insurance about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll review your intake paperwork, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and explore what support you're looking for. My goal is to understand your story and help you feel comfortable as we begin working together.

Infants, breastfeeding, and bottle-feeding are always welcome. My practice is built to support the realities of parenthood, not add to your stress. I’ve had many sessions where contact naps were involved.
