I’m Koalani Lahr, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 15 years of experience helping individuals find their way back to balance. I specialize in the tender spaces of pregnancy and postpartum challenges, parenting triggers, anxiety, and stress management.
My approach is rooted in Aloha—centered on deep compassion, presence, and a belief in your inherent worth. I earned my master’s degree from the University of San Diego and spent seven years supporting military families through the complexities of infertility, difficult pregnancies, and early parenthood.
By blending evidence-based tools like Mindful Self-Compassion, Somatic Therapy, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with a deep foundation in child development, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space. Here, you can slow down, process your experiences, and truly reconnect with yourself.

My practice is fully virtual. All sessions are offered via a HIPAA compliant video platform for residents in the State of California. Therapy that fits into your nap schedule or between meetings—no commute, just connection.
