Aloha, I'm Koalani—Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, mom of two energetic boys, and someone who understands how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else.
I help individuals reconnect with themselves through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, and anxiety.
I believe healing doesn't come from trying harder or doing more. It comes from slowing down, turning inward, and learning to meet yourself with the same compassion you so freely give to everyone else.
