  • Yes. I am in-network with Aetna, Oxford (Optum), United Healthcare, and Quest Behavioral Health. All other insurance plans are considered out-of-network.

If you don’t see your insurance, you may still qualify for some reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

I can provide a Superbill for out-of-network PPO.

It is best to contact your insurance company to discuss reimbursement details.

  • My practice is exclusively online. This allows more flexibility and accessibility, especially for those navigating postpartum, anxiety, or the mental load of parenting. You can show up exactly as you are, even feed or soothe your baby during our session if needed.

  • Every therapeutic journey is different. I offer a slow, steady pace that allows for extended, consistent care, and while some find value in short-term therapy, others prefer a longer-term relationship.

I have had clients graduate from therapy or decide to take a break, and come back when certain circumstances may increase their need for therapy. I am always happy to hear from past clients no matter how long it has been.

  • Our first session will focus on getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any past therapy experiences—both positive and challenging. I want to hear your story, learn who you are, and understand how I can best support your needs.

Before we meet, I’ll ask you to sign forms and complete intake paperwork.

  • I do not offer couples therapy, but I do offer Relational Therapy. My focus is on working with individuals who want to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others and with themselves. Therapy can be helpful if you notice patterns like people-pleasing, anxiety around connection, shutting down during conflict, or feeling “too much” or “not enough.” This work supports you in understanding these patterns and building more secure, connected relationships—starting with yourself.

  • While I primarily work with women, especially during the postpartum period and early motherhood, I also work with dads, non-birthing parents, and individuals who aren’t parents. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all genders, identities, and cultural backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQ+ community.

  • My approach is collaborative, and I believe that therapists and clients are partners in the therapeutic process. My clients have their own life’s stories to tell, and I tailor my sessions to my client’s specific needs and interest.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy:

ACT helps you build a relationship with your thoughts and feelings rather than getting stuck fighting them. By clarifying what matters most to you and practicing acceptance, ACT supports you in creating a life guided by your values instead of by anxiety, stress, or fear.

    Mindfulness-Based Therapy:

Mindfulness-based therapy uses present-moment awareness to reduce stress and calm the nervous system. By learning to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment, you can develop more balance, resilience, and self-compassion in daily life.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR):

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories and experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows you to heal from past experiences and feel more grounded and at ease in the present.
