Investing In Your Well-Being

Finding a therapist is about more than just matching schedules; it’s about choosing a dedicated space for your personal growth. Therapy is a meaningful investment in your long-term well-being—one that moves beyond temporary relief to foster deep, sustainable change. When you commit to this process, the benefits ripple out into every area of your life, leading to sharper clarity, more resilient stress management, and a grounded sense of confidence.

The impact of this work often compounds over time. It isn’t just about the time spent in session; it’s about how that work reshapes how you show up in your relationships, your career, and your daily life.

Investment Rates For Trauma-Informed Therapy in San Diego CA

My fees reflect the extensive training and education, over a decade of experience, and highly personalized attention I give to every individual. This is not a surface-level solution and you’re not just another number. You’re paying for quality of care and a collaborative partnership that sees results. We will use evidence-based methods to help you navigate toward a life of greater peace, insight, and self-compassion.

When you invest in your well-being you get:

  • Total Privacy: Insurance companies often require a formal clinical diagnosis for your permanent medical record. Private pay allows our work to remain strictly confidential between us.

  • Clinical Autonomy: We determine the frequency, focus, and length of your care—not an insurance company.

  • Specialized Presence: By maintaining an intentional, smaller caseload, I am able to provide deep expertise and a high-touch experience for every client I serve.
